1.1 About the BEH

The BEH what is it ?

Library of hospital schools (or BEH) combines the collections from schools of nursing, care assistants, midwives and nursery nurses CHR Metz-Thionville Metz's website ( link ). The funds BEH has more than 14,000 documents, including 3000 books, 39 magazines in subscriptions in 2010, 11000 references of articles (until 2004), archives, access to specialized databases, a trusted directory websites, submissions and supported work in schools.

For reasons of infrastructure, the library catalog is now available on the Intranet CHR Metz-Thionville. Therefore, this blog provides readers and users to access from home to the information necessary to start and complete their efforts documentaries and the best use of library resources. Who is hosting the blog of the library?

The blog of the library is freely hosted by Blogger and has no advertising, otherwise recall the name of the host. This site does not accept and does not receive funding from advertising, and dissociates the applicant of any advertising content. This site is completely written and posted by Mr. Emmanuel Henry head of the library and used by the CHR Metz-Thionville, during his working hours. a point of dissemination of information on this blog is available on the host site at:

What are the hours of the library?

The library is Open daily from 9am to 1:30 p.m. 2:30 p.m. and to 17h, except on Friday when the closure takes place at 1:30 p.m. . Please note, times may be changed occasionally during a course, training, or an intervention. Remember to check the opening hours of the library before you move (see section 3.1 devoted to schedules and closures , and section 3.2 indicating course dates ).

the ground floor of the building of the hospital schools CHR Metz-Thionville, on the website of the Directorate General of CHR Metz (see Section 2.1 CONTACTS for get the address).

How to navigate this site?

On this blog, just read the map and click on the link for access to sections of the blog (text blue top and right page) to get the required section on a new page. Or, climb and descend on the home page by following the numbered sections and parts. The third possibility is to simply click on the titles of the plan to access the relevant section. For your efforts documentaries go to Section 4, where you find all the information necessary to seek information on the catalog of the BEH and on the web. You can query the library catalog from sections 1.3 and 4.2, but only from those connected to the Intranet CHR Metz-Thionville.

Who does the library?

Since July 2005, Mr. Emmanuel Henry is responsible for documentation and development of information resources in hospital schools (as of writing this site since July 2007).

What is the status of information on this site?

This site makes available information about the library service in hospital schools. No collection or dissemination of personal data is carried out through this site. For visitors this site, and readers alike-library users, all personal data transmitted by mail (name, email address, extension requests, information requests etc..) remain confidential and are not archived. Personal information about visitors to this site, including their identity, are and shall remain confidential. The head of this site agree to the honor to meet the legal requirements of confidentiality applicable in France and not to disclose such information to third parties. In addition, no direct comment or discussion space is possible on this site.
